At a meeting of the Hull Watch Committee a deputation of motorbus proprietoes in the city attended to protest againsit the granting of licences to bus proprietors from other districts who were not ratepayers of Hull. The deputation comprised Mr. Stuart, of the Newington Motor Co.. Mr. Black, of Riley's Dairies, Ltd., and Mr. J. B. MacMaster. The committee, however, adhered to its previous practice, which is to deal with faCTI application from outside proprietors on s merits.
