Providing Passengers With Four-course Lunches on Board the Vehicles.

SSCENES of wonderful motor coach activity were seen at Chester races last week, when coaches from SouthWest Lancashire, Cheshire, and the neighbouring district, from an early morning hour, made Chester their rendezvous.

The motor coach services from Birkenhead and Wallasey were extremely complete, and although private party bookings were fair, they were insignificant compared with single seat bookings. From New Brighton, the New Brighton Motor Coach Co. despatched ten Daimler coaches, nearly all of which tvero loaded up whoa they set off —the fare, inclusive of the journey to Chester, admission to the racecourse, a four-course lunch and tea, being 35.s.

The coaches picked up passengers at Se.acombes where the Wallasey Motor Touring Co., Mr. Alfred Harding, and G F. Rymer, Ltd., were also booking single passengers.
