Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A roundabout was covered with frozen turkeys which fell from a poorly loaded Tesco truck, a court heard.

Mayhem ensued at the roundabout in Tividale, near Dudley, before police helped driver Paul Druce load turkeys back on to the truck.

Magistrates at Marley Magistrates court near Dudley gave Druce an unconditional discharge with no costs after he admitted using a motor vehicle with an insecure load on 21 December last year. Druce was taking frozen turkeys from Hinckley to the Tesco store at Tividale when 60 boxes of turkeys fell out as he went through the roundabout.

Druce told magistrates that a seal

had been put on the back of the truck to confirm the load was secure. But he claimed it was not Tosco policy for drivers to check whether their loads were secure.
