Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FULL production of Alcan Bonallack Loadstar thin-walled refrigerated semi-trailers has begun at Alcan Transport Products' Norwich plant.

The modular-design 12.5m (41ft) long Loadstar reefer trailer has full ATP Class C type approval, and carries up to 24 metric pallets. It has an interior load length of 12.2m (40ft), and an internal width between rub rails of 2.42m (7ftllin).

Loadstar sidewalls are made up of 10 1,219mm (48in) wide alloy-skinned panel modules with glass reinforced plastic (grp) edging and injected urethane foam insulation.

The twin-ply floor has a grp top cover and the insulated roof uses a one-piece aluminium top skin.

Alcan Bonallack claims its patented panel design helps minimise accident damage and allows for quick panel replacement.

A new repair facility for damaged trailers has been set up within the Alcan Transport Products' factory, so that any trailers needing repairs can be quickly accommodated without waiting for a space on the normal production line.

A wide choice of running gear, with either air or mechanical suspension can be specified on the Loadstar and Alcan quotes a kerbweight of 8,200kg for a typical tri-axle unit complete with refrigeration equipment.

The Loadstar range can be supplied with false bulkheads to improve air circulation, as well as load restraining equipment. Each complete trailer carries a full UK warranty.
