● Hertfordshire-based groundworks and demolition company Ground Construction snapped up five Euro-4 Hino 700 series tippers.
● Flintshire-based Boweld Truck Bodies launched a new steel, single-skin, lightweight muckaway tipper body, and delivered the first five to Manchester-based demolition and earthworks company PP O’Connor.
● Middlesex-based L Lynch Plant Hire invested £3m on 24 new Renault Kerax 8x4 trucks fitted with bespoke grab cranes and tipper bodies from Massey Truck Engineering.
● Construction haulier BP Mitchell upgraded and grew its fleet with 30 new Scania P-series tippers with Thompson loadmaster bodies; five concrete mixers with Hymix drums; two hook-loaders complete with Boughton gear; one grab loader with a Palfinger L120 loader; and two tractor units, one of which is a heavy haulage unit capable of operating at up to 150 tonnes GCW.
● Grundy & Co Excavations has bought three more Volvo FMX 8x4 tippers.
