SEAFIELD LOGISTICS has been given permission for 60 vehicles and 75 trailers at a site on the Winsford Industrial Estate in Winsford. The haulier is set to occupy a 42,000ft2 building at the 400,000ft2 Premier Park site and has agreed a 10-year lease at £225,000 a year with landlord Patrick Properties. It is part of the haulage irm’s plan to relocate its Cheshire operations from Northwich.
