BOALLOY, now free again frommthe control of the John Brown group, has acquired additional manufacturing capacity and is taking on 50 additional workers.
The company has acquired a 22,500sqft factory close to its main factory at Congleton in Cheshire, and will have 60 per cent more capacity to build its Tautliner curtain-sided bodies.
It will instal newmoulds and presses to improve its range of refrigerated bodywork and is to supply kits to overseas manufacturers for the first time.
Boalloy supplies parts to bodybuilders in Japan, South Africa, the United States and hong Kong.
