DELIVER1ES are now being made of L./new all-metal van bodies manufactured by Spurling Motor Bodies, Ltd., The Hyde, London, N,W.9, for the Bedford 30-cwt. chassis. Smooth lines, a three-seater cab and a capacity of approximately 300 cubic. ft. are features of the design.

The roof sides, floor, driver's partition and rear-door assembly are prefabricated, assembled by spot welding and riveting, and panelled in mild steel. The body sides extend over the wheelarches and the interior is lined up to waist level with ribbed steel panels. Rubber mounting for the body ensures freedom from vibration.
