Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN Leyland Daf is to offer its premium Space Cab without the air management kit or spotlights to widen its appeal as a [ow-cost option.

Compared to the standard sleeper cab the Space Cab has a greater internal height of 1,885mm — 300mm more than the standard sleeper and reflected in 150mm more head room above both bunks.

The revised cab's list price of £3,730 represents a saving of 21,345, but it still has tinted windscreen, ITC (integrated temperature control), overhead lockers, driver's electric window, second bunk, cab air suspension, remote controlled roof hatch, passenger map light and air suspended seats with lumbar supports. A roof fairing costs £865 extra.

The most powerful 95.430 variants will be fitted with air conditioning as standard, which is more effective than ITC which can only circulate air at the ambient temperature. ECAS rear air suspension is fitted to 4x2 chassis.

0 Leyland Daf says it will not produce a "factory" version of the lifting mid-axle 6x2 80 Series tractor developed by North East Leyland Dd. Instead it will leave it to the Billinghambased dealer to market the vehicle.

The FTP 80.330 tractor's lifting, non-steered Phoenix axle/Weweler air suspension conversion gives it a much lower kerbweight than the 80 Series twin-steer.

North East Leyland Daf has sold seven FTP 80.330 artics so far since the conversion was launched in 1991. It has full UK Type Appoval.

Leyland Daf does not offer a lifting mid-axle option on either the 80 Series or the 95. But it might decide to offer one on the latest 75 and 85 Series models — unveiled in May at the Hanover Show — when they eventually go on sale in the UK next year.
