• Enfield-based Harvest International Transport Services is tripling its six-month-old weekly service to Austria.
The company is now operating three trucks on this route. They depart every Monday, Thursday and Friday to deliver clothing to Salzburg-based distributor Harry Hamacher Speditur.
Company director Alan Green believes that the expansion will boost the company's £3m turnover by £40,000 per year: "Traffic is now starting to come through, and so are enquiries," he says. "We work with 150 customers who are active exporters, including several blue-chip names."
