Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

On the road the coach gives a high level of passenger comfort. It is quiet with only minimal wind noise. The body is also draught and rattle-free generally, although on occasions we found some irritating noises from the main entrance door. In the past we have found the plug door on Doyens to be a source of problems. On this vehicle, though, it performed well, although it was slow in operation and it must be fully closed before the coach is driven off if draughts and rattles are to be avoided.

It is from the driver's point of view that we found most improvement. On earlier examples the steering felt light and negative with noise from the power steering pump noticeable inside the coach. The PI.
