DUNNING, SPENCER Geoff Dunning is the new North Eastern District manager for the RHA, and will take over from the current manager Bill Famorth, who retires later this month. Dunning joins the RHA from the FTA where he has most recently worked as operations manager in the Yorkshire and Humberside region. Kerry Spencer, assistant manager of the RHA's North Eastern District, is to become the manager of Tipcon and special projects with effect from 20 July. He will continue to fulfill his role as assistant manager and will remain secretary of the RHA's National Tipping Service and Tipping Functional Group.
