Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two max-section tankers of 10,000 and 15,000 litres capacity have been produced by DAF of Holland. Based respectively on a four-wheeled and six-wheeled chassis, they are designated the FR 16100 and the FR 16150. The tankers are of steel construction while the panels of the reel department and the side covers are of aluminium. A special governor is fitted to the engine to ensure a uniform discharge rate, the discharge pump being driven by an hydraulic motor supplied by a pto-driven pump.

Equipped with an Edbro front-of-body single-ram tipping gear, a new tipper in the DAF vehicle/body tange is produced for chassis with gross ratings up to 26 tons. It is fitted with a Meiller body that has a triangular-shaped rear end and a tailboard that is lowered automatically when the body is tipped by means of a lever system. A version of the tipper is available with a full-height tailboard that, is suitable for carrying hot bitumen. A Meiller prototype side-tipping body is currently being tested in service.
