• No action was taken against George Bradford Ltd, of Leamington Spa, called before the West Midland LA, Mr John Else, under Section 69 last week for having no records relating to its one vehicle and unsatisfactory maintenance arrangements, after the company promised to put these matters right.
Mr G. Bradford, director, told the LA that he had not realized the importance of keeping vehicles well maintained and recording all work carried out on them. Arrangements had now been made with a local garage to Carry out maintenance inspection and repairs on a three-monthly basis:
