Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• British Rail Shipping Division is to make an all out effort to capture more of the roll-On /roll-off freight to the Continent and Ireland. This was revealed in London on Friday by Mr. C. Edwards, general sales manager of Sealink.

Mr Edwards said BR considered that Folkestone would be the fastest developing port in the country by next year. Sealink would be putting two vessels into service each capable of carrying 30 vehicles, between that port and Ostend.

Sealink would also develop a new roll-On /roll-off terminal at Fishguard for the short sea route link with RossIare where CIE was developing another roll-on/off terminal.
