IN the four weeks ended June 20,
London Transport road services earned £4,047,000 showing an aggregate for the first 24 weeks of the year of £23,173,000. These figures compare with £4,059,000 and £22,317,000 for the respective periods of 1953.
The State-owned provincial and Scottish buses earned £4,192,000 in the four weeks under review making an aggregate of £21,363,000. Last, year's figures were £3,989,000 and £20,639,000, The value of work done oy railway collection and delivery vehicles in June was £924,000 making an aggregate of £5,620,000, compared with last year's figures of £846,000 and £5,354,000.
