Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A British driver imprisoned in Morocco for smuggling drugs has refused to rule out resuming a hunger strike to protest his innocence.

Steven Bryant, who was jailed in Tangiers two and a half years ago after cannabis was found in his trailer load of squid, was persuaded on 25 November to end his 25-day hunger strike after the prison authorities promised to try to give him a date for his appeal within 45 days.

In an letter to CM, Bryant says that if there is no sign of any promise being kept then he will "have to look at my position again and decide my next action".

He adds: "All I have ever asked for is that my file be read properly and that I am judged on that."
