Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• FSV Dormobile plans to recruit up to 50 extra staff by the middle of the year, if it is successful in buying part of the defunct Carlyle Group.

The Folkestone-based bodybuilder hopes to buy Carlyle's jigs, fixtures and design rights for bodying the Dennis Dart chassis. If it is successful it expects to start building the Carlyle body next month, and to complete 100 on 8.5m, 9m, and 9.8m Dart chassis by the end of the year. FSV Dormobile's existing body will continue to be used on other chassis. FSV Dormobile was itself saved from receivership last August. Newly appointed managing director Bob Jones hopes that it will turn over 650 units this year. He anticipates that more than 200 of the £.8m worth of anticipated orders will be for the new Ford Transit chassis-cowl.

Jones's predecessor Clive Laycock has left to concentrate on his consultancy firm.
