/ Convictions for vehicle excise duty offences have led to the revocation of J Aldridge Transport (Cornwall)'s 0-licence for 10 vehicles and 12 trailers by Western Licensing Authority Air Vice-Marshal Ronald Ashford.
However, the LA has directed that the revocation should not take effect until an appeal against his decision has been considered by the Transport Tribunal.
Ashford took into account 19 convictions and the payment of five mitigating penalties for failing to tax vehicles properly. 11146"
