Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Not Cardiff

ALLEGATIONS by C. K. Coaches that Cardiff City Transport buses are deliberately bunching around its buses are "completely without foundation", according to Cardiff transport manager David Smith.

Mr Smith told CM that the company's allegations (CM, January 2) had been made many times before, and said that in every case they had been investigated independently, and were found to be untrue.

He added that bunching occurred only where Cardiff buses ran late owing to traffic congestion.

CK also said it wanted a meeting with Cardiff. According to Mr Smith, this is already in the hands of South Glamorgan County Council, but he pointed out that the two operators are already in correspondence.
