kCK ALLEN (Motor Bodies) Ltd Birmingham has introduced a pnt-end loader it has had on ial over the past 18 months.
The company claims that aintenance costs and Dwntime are better than anticiAed and is to market the body 25.2 and 27.5cum (33 and icuyd) sizes.
In conjunction with Leyland, Ick Allen has converted the Dnstructor 6 from 24 tons to 28 ins gvw. The addition of a selfeering front axle is said to low adequate tolerance in eight distribution to keep the den vehicle within legal limits.
The body shown here is a !.9cum (30cuyd) model but the iar tailgate bustle adds a rther 2.3 or 4.5curn (3 or iuyd).
