Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MARQUISS TRANSPORTERS, based near Annan, Dumfriesshire, has produced a custom-built conversion on a Ford Cargo chassis. The cab design allows for the seating of seven persons including the driver.

A standard chassis cab is modified by extending rearwards, blending with contours of the original cab. It employs one-piece grp moulding, lined on the interior with pvc soundabsorbent headlining.

The main body follows the normal Marquiss design, with dimensions of 711 4in x 19ft 6in incorporating galvanised steel side skirts and storage lockers. The platform is fully decked and finished with galvanised steel sheet and alloy five-bar treadplate. Ramp slides are also provided as standard equipment for loading three-wheelers, plant or varacans. A heavy-duty power winch is fitted, together with loading lights, emergency twinflashing beacons, rear drawbar and seven-pin trailer socket. Optional extras include rear second car lifting slings and chains and American-style strobe emergency beacons.
