Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEGOTIATIONS have been concluded between Volvo AB, of Gothenburg, and Carosserie Hess AG, of Solothurn, Switzerland, which give the Swedish manufacturer sole marketing rights for the Swiss company's light-alloy bus and coach bodywork in all Swiss export markets except France, Italy and Portugal.

The contract will enable Volvo to offer complete package deals based on B58 or 359 running units with built-up bodywork completed in Switzerland or ckd for assembly in other countries. The Swiss bodybuilder, in association with Alusuisse, is one of the leading Continental promoters of lightweight passenger vehicles and has already built a number of Volvo-based units for use by the Swiss post office and municipal undertakings.

In 1974 approximately 2,200 psv chassis were built by Volvo and last year this had risen to just under 3,400 units. Exports in account for over 80 per cent of production. A new psv plant at Bores (East of Gothenburg) is under construction.
