Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

White Noltak interlocking road blocks which make a useful method for permanent demarcation of parking bays and so on can now be purchased from the Lignacite Group.

There are two grades of Noltak block-3in, thick for roads carrying heavy traffic and 2.75in. thick for service roads, forecourts and parking areas. They give a non-skid surface and are easy to lay using a hardcore and sand foundation with fixed retaining kerbs. The number of standard blocks needed to lay 1 sq. yd. is 32.

Price: (ex works) white, 3in. thick £1 7s 6d per sq. yd.: 2.5in. thick £1 5s per sq. yd. Grey blocks cost 17s and 15s respectively and colours (red, yellow, marigold and black) cost 18s 6d and 16s respectively. "patch". The locking action is said to be completed by the vibration damping, precision grip of the nylon locking area.

ESIok-patched screws can be readily installed with standard hand tools and it is claimed that they eliminate the need for lock washers, wiring and so on. Components are not marketed by Esna Products who only process threaded articles for users.
