Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Six ERF type 66(G) chassis have recently been delivered to Gibsons Ready-mixed Concrete Ltd., at Gateshead, Co. Durham. The six-wheel vehicles, two of which have been fitted with 6+ cu. yd. capacity Ritemixer units, were built with as much weight saving as possible. In service each unit is claimed to be capable of carrying a full 6 cu. yd. load of limestone concrete, one of the heaviest mixes available.

The vehicles, powered by Gardner 6LW/20 engines, have double-drive rear axles and are fitted with wide-single rear tyres. To assist in weight saving Stopmaster brakes are included in the specification. Vehicle plated weight is 20 tons g.v.w.
