Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new factory has recently been opened by Arlington Bodybuilders Ltd. at Bedwas, Newport, Mon., on the lately established Pantglas Industrial Estate which is in a Government development area.

The factory is equipped with up-to-date wood milling and sheet metal working machinery and has one of the largest paint booths in the UK. Measuring 60ft long by 17ft 6in. high and 1711 6in. wide, the booth 'can accommodate the largest vehicles which can be readily manoeuvred in the clear span building since it is free from supporting columns.

Light alloy and composite box vans, pantechnicons, truck bodies and Arlington demountable bodywork will be produced, and this year light-alloy welded tipping bodies will be introduced.

Operations at the new plant will not in any way affect activities at its Enfield factory, says Arlington.
