The incident occurred on the Higham eastbound slip road at about 7.40pm on Sunday 29 January. He was wearing a dark green leece with dirty jeans and work boots. He was also wearing a metallic hooped earring in his left ear and spoke with a Suffolk accent.

We can’t say any more at this stage.” If you have any information, contact PC Joseph Skippen at Suffolk police on the national crime reporting number 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
