Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FORMER British Association of Owner Drivers chairman George Kelly and vicechairman Harry Boland have resigned as directors of the Hull-based Owner Drivers Freight Services, which was allied to the North Humberside Owner Drivers Association.

Mr Kelly and Mr Boland were the founder members of the Hull Association and their resignations came after a vote of "no confidence" passed at an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Sunday.

Together the two formed the only two shareholders in the freight office company and now they are selling their shares and will not be renewing their membership of NHODA.

Following a "no confidence" vote, other directors of the freight service offered themselves for re-election and were re-elected.

Later, sources close to the two men commented that the move to oust the two men was symptomatic of the rejection of the leadership of all owner drivers associations members.

It is thought that the coup was masterminded by two members of the Association whose names have been linked with a breakaway organisation in the area based on Goole.
