Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GREATER Glasgow PTE is using an novel but cost-saving heating scheme in its Possilpark bus depot.

The system is basically a heat exchanger and draws heat from spent air being drawn out from the building by an air pump and transfers it to fresh, incoming air. This is done by a three-metre diameter "thermal wheel".

The thermal wheel is only part of the modifications to the workshop to reduce heating costs, which were previous!: running at over £20,000 a yea] The building's ceiling ha been reduced from seven t, five metres and the heat recovery air conditionin; plant is concealed above it. 1 is capable of changing the ai four times an hour, and filter diesel fumes without losim their heat.

Total cost of the installatioi was £8,000 but GGPTE es tirnates it is saving 35 per cen of its heating bill at the work shop.
