Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW 6x6 tractive unit plated for 250-ton operation is to be introduced by MAN-VW Truck and Bus Ltd. The latest addition to the range means that the newly formed company will soon be able to offer a range of vehicles from 2.8 to 250 tons.

The new three-axle unit, designated the MAN 40.400 FDA, is powered by a turbocharged version of the VIO engine already familiar in naturally aspirated form. This develops 295kW (400bhp) DIN at 2,500rpm with a maximum torque of 1,250Nm (920lbft) at 1,50Orpm.

Power is transmitted to the MAN axles through a ZF WSK 400 torque converter and eight-speed gearbox. A transfer box is standard for on/off road operation.
