A MIDLAND section of the Women's .t1 Traffic Club of Great Britain was formed on January 24, Miss Dorothy Cornforth, of the Rugeley GraVel Co., Ltd, being in the chair. The national chairman, Mrs. Christine R. Taylor, was also present, whilst Miss E. Booy, Of Kennedy and Co.' Temple Buildings, 20a, Temple Street, Birmingham, is the first honorary secretary of this section_
A resolution was passed deploring a statement made by a prominent woman specialist that women should be discouraged from remaining in transport after the war.
