ASCHEME for overcoming one of the peculiarities of synthetic rubber, which had been giving troublg in the tyre shops, was the winner out of 890 ideas put into the suggestions
• box last year by workers at. the Fort Dunlop factory of the Dunlop Rubber Co., Ltd. It came from Mr. R. A.
• Farnell of the motor cover department. More than 300 of the workers' suggestions were adopted.
