• BRIDGES OVER THE TYNE 114,JEGOTIATIONS have been coml. Npleted for the freeing from tolls of Ovingham Bridge, it was announced at a recent meeting of Northumberland County Council. Similar negotiations are in hand in respect of Newburn Bridge, and when these are finalized all bridges over the River Tyne will be toll free. •
