Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A Dublin driver has been jailed for two-and-a-half years for driving a truck used to steal a trailer and its IR2400,000 load of cigarettes.

An armed gang tied up harbour police in March 1997 when they stole the trailer and a container full of cigarettes from Pandoro Shipping's depot in Dublin Docks.

The trailer and empty container were later found abandoned in West Dublin.

Kelly pleaded guilty to helping the gang by driving the tractive unit.

His fellow defendant, Patrick Mackey was sentenced to two years, suspended for five years, for arranging the storage of the tractor and for fitting false plates to the truck. Mackey had no previous convictions.

The court heard that the accused were unaware that firearms were to be used in the well-planned robbery.
