SCO1TISH LA Mr. A. B. Birnie ordered in Edinburgh on Tuesday as a "token penalty" the suspension of one of the fleet of 19 vehicles operated by Veitch Moir Ltd., fruit merchants, Edinburgh, for one month.
A Ministry of Transport vehicle examiner gave evidence about lack of maintenance in vehicles belonging to the firm.
