Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a new front.' wheel-drive light van, a development of an existing car chassis, will be announced early in 1950. It is to be powered by a two-cylindered two-stroke petrol engine having a capacity of 654 c.c. The power unit is arranged with vertical cylinders, formed in a monobloc casting, and has a single charging cylinder which delivers a fuel-air mixture to the crankcase.

There is an enclosed chain drive between the engine and three-speed synchromesh gearbox, which are mounted transversely in the chassis. The gearbox is coupled through a differential unit and open universally jointed propeller shafts to the front wheels. The chassis is arranged with a single tubular backbone member and all four wheels are independently suspended through enclosed coil springs and wishbones.
