Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Optimism levels fell in July to their lowest since April: down to 25, from June’s 40.

Of the respondents, 60% said they were either very optimistic or fairly optimistic about their business’s prospects over the next 12 months, while 35% were either not very optimistic or not at all optimistic.

Logistics and contract distribution irms, as well as own

account operators were overwhelmingly positive: the former posted an optimistic/not optimistic split of 76/24, while for the latter it was 80/20. However, hire and reward hauliers were more divided, posting a split of 51/44.
