Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Kevin Swallow surfs Vol(swagen's relaunched website, which offers comprehensive product detail and access to a used vehicle database.

The Volkswagen dealer network now has a central website that allows customers to glean as much information about a product as possible before contacting the relevant dealership.

On the website (www.volkswagen-vans.co. uk) is a comprehensive range list detailing all options, conversions, finance deals and aftersales services.

An Assured Used link connects to a database of second-hand vans from the network.

At the time of writing 971 vans are listed from VW's 65 approved dealers. The target is to double that number.

There is a wide search option, which leads you to a list of vehicles matching your criteria with details including mileage, price and distance from your postal address.

Hugh Fletcher, prospect marketing manager of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, explains the new website:"We prioritised the redesign of the Van Centre websites in response to a tremendous increase in the number of customers seeking information online.

"This is part of a wider strategy to increase Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles' focus on online communications, including local marketing initiatives to drive more visitors to the individual Van Centre websites, and to view the websites not as information portals alone, but as virt cal Van Centres." •
