• In cutting the duration of the licence held by Huddersfield
based JJ Mulligan Builders, so that it now expires next February, North Eastern Deputy LA Brian Horner warned that it is in danger of having its licence revoked if a fleet inspection carried out at that time proves unsatisfactory.
The company holds a national licence for eight vehicles and four trailers, and it appeared at disciplinary proceedings in Leeds as a result of concern about its maintenance standards.
