Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

United Transport Tankers has ordered 62 new ERF and Seddon Atkinson tractive units worth £2 million. The deal is thought to be one of the largest for either truck company from a British operator in recent years. The UT!' order is divided equally between 31 El0 ERF artics and 31 T17L29 Seddon Atkinsons. All the new 4 x 2 artic units are fitted with a Cummins L10 290 engine coupled to a Fuller TSO 11612 Twin Splitter gearbox.

Special chassis features include Romatic automatic lubrication and a Romatic road speed limiter. The vehicles are completed to full petroleum spirit regulations and have a Drum Engineering Hydrapack system with PT-0 and handbrake interlock.

UT'!' currently operates over 450 artic units in the UK, with more than 650 liquid, gas and powder bulk tank trailers.
