THE DEPARTMENT 4 Transport is planning to eat
endorsement sanctic against 18to 21-year-ol drivers.
It has told the Road Haulac Association that it is planning amend the Heavy Goo( Vehicles (Drivers' Licence Regulations 1977 so that s applicant for a second or thil hgv licence (full or provisions whose ordinary licence has r more than one endorsemel should not be barred fro holding further trainee licence
Second endorsements w still result in automatic revoc tion of a trainee licence.
