DAIHATSU UK has introduced the 55 pickup based on ti twin cylinder 547cc (34cuin) powered 55 van. It has a payload capacity of 710kg (14cwt) and is priced £2099. The load platform is 1.94m (6ft4in) long and 1.31 (4ft4in) wide. The 55 pickup has a kerb weight of 585kg (11.5 cwt) giving it gross weight of 1300kg (26cwt) at maximum payload.
