He succeeds Leslie Fenn who retired on August 12.

Obituary We record with regret, the death of Ray Sandell, aged 55. Mr Sandall entered the bi.ts industry in 1959 in the headquarters secretariat of the BET group. In 1969 he bebame secretary of the BET Federation and later that year became the first secretary of the National Bus Company. In 1971 he became director of administration at NBC and in 1979 joined the NBC board.
