Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Following the recent acquisition of the world-wide interests of the Bostrom suspension seating design and production organization by the American complex, Universal Oil Products, an expansion of the present UOPBostrom (UK) Ltd. plant at Northampton may be announced soon. This possible development was disclosed by Mr. John Koehn, personal assistant to the UOP President, Mr. John 0. Logan, during his first visit to Northampton.

UOP Bostrom commenced sales of its American-designed seating for commercial vehicles and agricultural tractors eight years ago. The Northampton plant commenced production in 1964 and a second plant was opened at Nivelles, Brussels, last year to meet Common Market requirements.
