Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A total load of 141 tons comprising mixer and payload can be carried by the latest Guy Big J 20-ton-gross six-wheeled concrete-mixer chassis. Weight-saving -measures include the use of axles of appropriate capacity, of low-profile single tyres of the tubeless type and of a 25gal fuel tank in place of a tank with a capacity of 46gal. A 5-ton front axle is fitted, while the real, bogie has a capacity of 15 tons. The 18-19.5 tyres are of 16-ply.

The vehicle is powered by an AEC AV505 8.19-litre diesel developing 149 bhp at 2,200 rpm and the double-drive bogie is equipped with a lockable third differential. Cainoperated air-pressure brakes are employed, while the auxiliary brakes are Westinghouse spring-actuated units. In the case of the vehicle illustrated the mixer equipment is a Ritemixer Type 55DLFT which has a capacity of 6* ou.yd. and is driven by a separate diesel engine through a Voith single-stage torque converter.
