Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

biggest show of strength in years, John Donald of Kent's Donald Transport has been forced to "shut the doors of his business" because of the diesel price hikes. The seven-vehicle, 14-trailer general haulage fleet had seven full-time and three part-time drivers. "The reason for the fold is 75% to do with the recent fuel increases and 25% to do with late payers," says Donald. "I have had to tell the drivers they no longer have a job."
