Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Having recently launched a new range of ATP Class A lightly insulated bodywork into the UK, Klege-Europ has now developed a full-length reefer semi-trailer designed for all EC markets.

The 'European' triaxle semi is built to carry 26 pallets (33 Europallets). It uses metal skinned Freon-free insulated panels, a Thermoking SMX fridge unit and SAF air suspended axles with a lift-axle as standard. Klege says the reefer will cost under £40,000. A series of ISO clamps allow the assembled unit to be twistlocked down on to a skeletal trailer chassis in the conventional way.

Full-width double doors are fitted at each side and end walls are roller shuttered for through loading.
