Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Who would of thought 10 years ago that the RTITI3— I know a man who still mixes up the initials—would still be going strong ? Do you remember the opposition and the wisecracks ? "The only thing they got right was the address; they're building an Empire with my Capital." That was always good for a laugh.

Possibly the most voluble . anti-board man was Noel Wynn.

When he was the RHA chairman he travelled the length and breadth of the land and on his own confession "never missed a chance to bash the Board." When we met recently he told me: "In the end I decided they must be tough if nothing else. How else could they have survived ? "

How, indeed ? Perhaps if Eric Tindall, the Board's directorgeneral, decides on a 10th birthday party Noel will be asked to propose the principal toast ! What a loaded speech that would be—the mind boggles.
