Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN INTEGRAL double-decker bus with mechanical components manufactured by General Motors will soon be announced by a leading psv manufacturer. But it will not be built by Bedford, which has now abandoned its plans to produce a double-decker itself.

A rear-mounted Detroit V8 two-stroke diesel will drive through an Allison fully automatic gearbox. It is understood the GM in America has developed a new drop-centre axle which could be used in the bus. Air suspension will be fitted both front and rear as standard.

This new design seems set to go for the same market as B15 by producing a sophisticated integral, air-sprung, bus. By comparison the other new manufacturers to hit the bus market, Foden and Dennis have both produced designs closer to the Fleetline than any radical new alternative.
