Doman Road, Camberley, Surrey.

BERING semi-automatic and automatic oil-fired heaters are of the warm-air blower type designed to provide easy installation and "instant" heat distribution. Outputs of the semi-automatics vary between 41,000 Btu /hr and 90,000 Btu /hr, while the Btu /hr range of the automatics is from 155,000 to 325,000.

Normally employed in floor-standing form, semi-automatic Models 41, 62 and 90 can be wall-mounted and are manually or thermostatically controlled. Oil consumption is regulated between two pre-set limits and is from 2.57 pints/hr and 5.65 pints /hr. The recommended fuel is BP Distoleum B or the equivalent and the average cost per hour is 2p to 4p. The fan rating is from 750 cu ft/min to 1500 cu ft /min and the effective "throw" is between 25ft and 45ft. Heating capacity in terms of space is between 8000 cu ft and 18,000 cu ft, depending on the insulation of the building. Different versions of the three models are produced, the 41FSM, 62FSM and 90FSIVI being a manual type and the 41FST, 62FST and 90FSTS being thermostatically controlled.

All the automatic heaters are floor standing and comprise the Super 155, Super 325, Custom 500, Custom 600, Custom 800 and Custom 1000. The Super 155 and Super 325 have outputs of 155,000 Btu /hr and 325,000 Btu /hr respectively and air-discharge rates of 1600 cu ft/min and 3450 cu ft/min, maximum consumptions being 1.26 gal /hr to 2.61 gal /hr. The outputs of the Custom 500, 600, 800 arid 1000 vary from 500,000 Btu /hr to 1,000,000 Btu /hr, air-discharge rates being from .5000 Cu ft—rein to 10,000 Cu ft /min. Maximum fuel consumptions are from 3.82 gal /hr to 7.35 gal /hr. The average temperature rise of the recirculated discharge air of all automatic models is 90deg F.

Four variants of the Super 155 comprise the Super 155H, which has three rotatable discharge heads; the 155LH, having three plain panels and a fourth side open to take intake ducting; the Super 155D, designed for an output duct connection and the Super 155DL, Which is similar to the 155D but has three plain panels and a fourth side open to take inlet ducting.

Of the four variants of the Super 325, the 325H has four rotatable discharge heads; the Super 325HL has three plain panels and an open fourth side; the Super 325D is a duct-connection model; and the Super 325DL is a three-plain-panel version of the Super 325D.
